Physical Health

hysical Health consists of two aspects, namely general fitness, which is the state of health and well-being of an individual and specific fitness, which is based on the capacity to perform specific aspects of occupations or sports. In the past years, fitness was generally referred to carrying the day’s activities without over fatigue. However, these days physical fitness is mainly considered as a measure of the ability of a body to work efficiently, to be healthy, to resist all kinds of diseases and to meet the emergency situations. A general fitness program must meet the following requirements: 1.Cardiovascular Fitness 2.Flexibility Training 3.Strength Training 4.Muscular Endurance 5.Body Composition 6.General Skill Training. However, a comprehensive fitness program that is made for an individual focuses on one or more specific skills and on age or health related needs, along with these requirements.
