Awesome

It's hard to believe, but there are actually people in this world who do not care for tea! Not hot tea, and not iced tea. They just do not like tea, period! When you ask someone who is of the non-tea persuasion why this is so, they usually answer you with a statement such as "Tea has such a bland taste! It's not like coffee... coffee has a rich, bold taste. Tea is so... wimpy. It's for little old ladies!" Obviously, someone like this is no tea connoisseur, nor can they appreciate the many different varieties of tea that are available in a cornucopia of tantalizingly delicious flavors. And, someone like this has no idea about how exciting it is to experiment with tea to discover, among other things, which varieties are excellent iced in a tall glass as well as hot in a delicate bone china cup.

Add to the tea varieties the array of flavored teas, and you could just about sample a different variety every day of the year. I am an iced tea devotee. I have practically made a hobby out of testing just as many different teas as I can get my hands on. Testing them as iced tea, not hot tea. I can't say that any of them have been too bad - even the varieties which are not usually served as iced tea. As it is getting close to summer, I can thoughtfully reflect that this is the best time of year to enjoy iced tea. And, fruit-based teas just seem to go along with summertime nicely.

So, I have been sampling and testing as many different fruity teas as I have been able to either find locally, or order online. And, I've found one that is most definitely going to go on my top 10 All-Time Favorites list. It's Honey Pear tea. It's an amazingly delicious choice that can't help but stand out among its many rivals in the tea time tests.

I tried the Honey Pear black tea, and was blown away. It was superb! An extremely high quality black tea that would have been stunning all by itself, mixed with the flavor of lovely ripe pear and golden honey. The taste was as sweet as you would expect with two sweet ingredients such as honey and pear, but surprisingly bold... definitely not a "wimpy" tea! This tea is wonderful iced, and holds its bold flavor even after some of the ice melts and weakens it a bit.

Origin of Information Processing

There is so much information today for a business enterprise so that any company that does not use any information processing technology will surely find itself in a pathetic situation. In a company’s information flow structure, more amount of information is drawn towards the company and within departments, while only limited information is given out to the world. Most of the information that is circulated within the company is collected, analyzed and then only processed/used. In earlier days the information processing used huge amount of paper and a very large work-force. Both these factors favor towards loss, and nearly 45 years ago, a revolution occurred in information processing when the computers were introduced. In earlier days, calculating salary of employees of a company could itself take one month (provided all employees are involved in it) this form of action led olden days information processing. In the 1950s, computer and its related technology came to the aid of man-kind and using these technologies information processing was split into different segments or sections, which made information processing quite easier.

Genuine Happiness Comes from Within

Life isn’t the sweetest candy. Sometimes, when I feel like the world is just too heavy, I look around and find people who continued to live fascinating and wonderful lives. And then thoughts come popping into my mind like bubbles from nowhere – “How did their life become so adorably sweet? How come they still can manage to laugh and play around despite a busy stressful life?” Then I pause and observed for awhile… I figured out that maybe, they start to work on a place called ‘self’.

So, how does one become genuinely happy? Step 1 is to love yourself.

My theology professor once said that “loving means accepting.” To love oneself means to accept that you are not a perfect being, but behind the imperfections must lie a great ounce of courage to be able to discover ways on how to improve your repertoire to recover from our mistakes.

Genuine happiness also pertains to contentment. When you are contented with the job you have, the way you look, with your family, your friends, the place you live in, your car, and all the things you now have – truly, you know the answer to the question “how to be genuinely happy.”

When we discover a small start somewhere from within, that small start will eventually lead to something else, and to something else. But if you keep questioning life lit it has never done you any good, you will never be able to find genuine happiness.

I believe that life is about finding out about right and wrong, trying and failing, wining and losing. These are things that happen as often as you inhale and exhale. Failure, in a person’s life has become as abundant and necessary as air. But this should not hinder us from becoming happy.

How to be genuinely happy in spite all these? I tell you… every time you exert effort to improve the quality of life and your being, whether it is cleaning up your room, helping a friend, taking care of your sick dog, fail on board exams and trying again, life gives you equivalent points for that.

Imagine life as a big score board like those which are used in the NFLs. Every time you take a step forward, you make scoring points. Wouldn’t it be nice to look at that board at the end of each game and think to yourself “Whew! I got a point today. I’m glad I gave it a shot.”, instead of looking at it all blank and murmur “Geez, I didn’t even hit a score today. I wish I had the guts to try out. We could have won!” and then walk away.

Genuine happiness isn’t about driving the hottest Formula 1 car, nor getting the employee of the year award, earning the highest 13th month pay, or beating the sales quota. Sometimes, the most sought after prizes in life doesn’t always go to the fastest, the strongest, the bravest or not even the best. So, how do you become genuinely happy? Every one has his own definition of ‘happiness’. Happiness for a writer may mean launching as much best selling books as possible. Happiness for a basketball rookie may mean getting the rookie of the year award. Happiness for a beggar may mean a lot of money. Happiness for a business man may mean success. So, really now, how do we become genuinely happy? Simple. You don’t have to have the best things in this world. Its about doing and making the best out of every single thing. When you find yourself smiling at your own mistake and telling your self “Oh, I’ll do better next time”, you carry with you a flame of strong will power to persevere that may spread out like a brush fire. You possess a willingness to stand up again and try – that will make you a genuinely happy person.

When you learn to accept yourself and your own faults. You pass step 1 in the project “how to become genuinely happy”.For as long as you know how to accept others, you will also be accepted. For as long as you love and know how to love, you will receive love ten folds back.

Again, throw me that same question “how to become genuinely happy?”. I’ll refer you to a friend of mine who strongly quoted- “Most of us know that laughter is the best medicine to life’s aches and pain. But most of us don’t know that the best kind of laughter is laughter over self. Coz then you don’t just become happy… you become free.”

How to Connect Your Laptop to Your Television

Now it is possible to share you snaps and videos with your friends and family by connecting your laptop to the big television screens. Depending on the video port present on your laptop and also the television at home you can use following steps to connect your laptop to your television:

* The simplest method of connecting the laptop with the television is by making use of the S video cable which is commonly available for a small price in any electronic store. Also every TV has an S Video port so it is easy to connect and view the videos. However most of the TV have just a 4 pin S Video port and hence if your laptop has a 7 pin S video port then this method won't work.

* People having HDTV could enjoy a better picture and video quality by connecting their laptop to television screen using a VGA cable which again is cheap option to buy.

* If you want to enjoy even better video quality then connect using a Digital Visual Interface cable which will cost anywhere between $40-$100. Another option is to make use of HDMI cables which will give your best picture quality. However the above two options could only be used if you have and HDTV.

Based on your budget, the type of TV and port connection existing in your laptop you can opt for one of the above options to connect your laptop to your television.

Managing Alternative Real Estate Investments

Private equity investment fund is somewhat different from REIT products. Direct investment in shares. Investment managers have the freedom to invest in stocks. Funds may be invested entirely in stocks, but because there’s motto diversification, investment managers rarely invest in one stock alone. Generally, the investment manager to invest a minimum of five shares to spread investment risk.

Private equity fund of funds is usually quite large and always hoping enough returns and standards always provide the return of about 15 percent of the lowest, and some have target rate of return of 25 percent per year.

Investment managers generally invest with these returns and when it is exceeded, will immediately seek out other markets that can provide results for the rate of return. However, the investment could remain as long as can give greater results.

Top YouTube Videos

Do you know what are the most popular videos on YouTube? It appears that the majority of the most popular videos on YouTube are either music videos, or contain music in some form. Many of them have millions of views, and some of them have even tens of millions of views. This proves that people really like to watch videos in their spare time, but also that they enjoy music a lot. I believe that the reason why those music videos are so popular is because they have a high replay value. This means that you can watch them over and over again without getting bored. It is a lot harder for videos to become popular if they do not contain any music. I would be very surprised to know that a video that does not contain music was highly ranked on YouTube. A few months ago, I checked what the most popular video of all times was, and it was a video “Evolution of dance” which contained music. Next time you search for good quality videos that you would like to watch many times, look for videos that contain some music in them

The Clutch

One attractive thing to note is that in the Insight, the manual transmission is separated from the engine and motor by the clutch. This means that if you are the type of driver who wishes to put the clutch in or put the car in neutral when you are dawdling down to a stop, you are not going to get any regenerative braking. In order to pull through energy when you slow down, the car has to be in gear. It is better now to take a look at the technology of the Toyota Prius. The Prius works in a very dissimilar way from the Insight.
